Ga\u00ebl’s work is not limited to technique. It involves constantly listening and adapting to the needs of the field. <\/span>His immersion in the hospital world enabled him to measure the extreme diversity of the players involved: nurses, biomedical staff, technical services, pharmacists, logisticians… each with their own constraints and expectations.<\/span><\/p>

In the field of asset tracking, he had to convince curious but reluctant customers, due to a lack of experience with the technology. On the other hand, temperature monitoring is part of a mature, highly standardized market, with precise requirements and little room for manoeuvre. Adapting solutions to these different contexts requires great flexibility. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

After two years of preparatory classes and a general engineering degree from ECAM, Ga\u00ebl explored various sectors through his experiences: industrial production, hardware engineer in a start-up in Thailand, pharmaceutical logistics and, finally, Superwyze in 2021. As soon as he arrived, everything had to be built. He immersed himself in fields as varied as radio frequency, IoT, indoor geolocation and metrology. His challenge? To transform these technologies into concrete, industrializable solutions for hospitals. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The challenge is immense: to make a name for oneself in a sector where metrology is perceived as a constraint, and where standardization is slow to evolve. And yet, Superwyze has managed to stay ahead of the game by remaining agile and responsive to hospital needs. <\/span><\/p>

The results are in. In less than a year, the solutions developed by Ga\u00ebl and his team have been acclaimed for their reliability and speed of implementation. <\/span><\/p>

“What motivates me is to offer a solution that can’t be ignored, but is discreet. It has to be simple, reliable and unobtrusive. <\/span>Our ultimate goal? That our technology becomes so fluid that it’s almost forgotten.” <\/span><\/p>

A discreet but omnipresent science, metrology is still little known to the general public. Yet it plays a key role in many sectors. As a member of the Coll\u00e8ge Fran\u00e7ais de M\u00e9trologie (CFM), Ga\u00ebl works to democratize this discipline and integrate new technologies into its practices. <\/span><\/p>

It also closely follows standards and accreditations, in particular those of Cofrac, France’s reference body. Hospital traceability cannot tolerate inaccuracy: from sensor calibration to installation, every stage must be rigorously controlled. <\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
